    Hey Rookie Coach I agree fully ...ask the parents I am not shy what I say on here is general not any fingers pointed those involved know who they are . and I say how it is in person on line any where I never hide . What I say I have heard first hand .So please Rookie Coach Before you accuse make sure you have all the facts......nothing personal ......But like we say in english if the shoe fits wear it so any parent that feels it is against them they must have a guilty concience...NO...have a great day

    You Know hockey is a very touchy subject ,But I can tell you one thing in all my years of hockey the destruction of a top team is due 90% of the time to parents who don't know the game ....EX;(CHILD) I haven't scored in 10 games ...(parent) don't worry dont pass go to the net your the best....(COACH)...common guys got to move that puck to win games and create scoring chances....(CHILD) F**K you coach my dad said not to pass anymore LHMM puts my stats and I want to please my dad my mom and all my fans OR my dad hates my linemates ..so I have to hate him too...I am not gonna pass no more....SAD SAD......shame on you parents and you know who you are and you all know me ........I hate dirty laundry so I like to air it out......

    Pretty sad to see such a wonderful group of kids struggle because of mom and dad............BUT LIKE I ALWAYS SAY DON"T GIVE UP BOYS HALF WAY THERE >>>>GO MAROONS GO SEE YOU ALL IN ROUYN.... :D :D :D :D

    EVERY YEAR IN A HOCKEY SEASON THERE ARE HIGHS AND LOWS RIGHT NOW THE TEAM IS IN A LOW WE WILL BE BACK STRONGER THAN EVER....LETS GO MAROONS THE REAL SEASON IS AT HAND......

     

    AS FOR THE COACHING ALL IS WELL.......PARENTS KEEP POSITIVE ...KIDS PLAY HARD AND HAVE FUN ...DON'T GET DISCOURAGED...AFTER ALL IT ONLY IS A GAME ...RIGHT...HAHAHAHAHAHA :D :D :D :D

    He did fine for a kid who didn't play contact all season to be put into it ,so quick I didn't get to see it all,I was to busy with our teams christmas party But I was told by others he did well.......I asked him if he was nervous he told me only in the last 3 minutes they started to get restless....LOL......next year will be next year..

    que sa soit 2 rives ou suroit ce sont les deux puissances a ce tournoi donc les autres équipes vous devriez demander un remboursement tous de suite

     

     

    you must be a phsyic or Referee ....to make a call like that... LOL.....have you seen all the other teams play ...I have seen suroit I haven't seen deux rive play...Stats mean 0 it all plays out on the ice .....Now I am all excited for this one ....wanna see the super power teams of PEEWEE ....LOL.. :D :D

    Well...Well...Welll..whith all the Talent at this tournement and predictions....I will have to say the Maroons will have there work cut out for them ....But like Marty I will have to stick by the Maroons.......have a great tournement to all teams involved see you at the rink....... :D :D

    Ahhhhhh oui moi il joue pour les voyageurs du richelieu et au tournoi de REpentigny nous avons perduent en demi-finale vous aussi je crois en ?? et comme se nomme votre défenseur capitaine

    OUCH!!!!!!YOU KNOW LIFE IS NOT ALWAYS FAIR BUT ONE THING FOR SURE NO ONE CAN TELL ME THAT THE CONQ EST IS A WEAK TEAM I SAW THEM PLAY THERE HEART OUT AGAINST THE MAROONS AND THE STATS DON'T MEAN SH..T...THEY HAVE A NICE TEAM SO I DON'T SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS ....IT MUST BE A PARENT THING CAUSE WHAT I SAW WAS NOT A BUNCH OF CRY BABIES ON THE ICE I SAW A GROUP OF KIDS ON A MISSION AND THE EXECUTED IT QUITE WELL....

    MY SONS TEAM PLAYED AGAINST THE CONQ. IN THE REPENTIGY TOURNEMENT ,I SAW NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS TEAM .THEY LOOKED LIKE A WELL BALANCE AND VERY LARGE TEAM. THE COACHING STAFF SEEMED VERY IN CONTROL OF THERE BENCH AND THE PLAYERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL DURING THE HAND SHAKE,

    I THINK THIS TEAM MAY BE A SLEEPING GIANT,SO LETS NOT TRY TO WAKE THEM....lol..... :D

    HAVE A GREAT SEASON CONQ...

    Gary,

    tu vois ici est un des sujets dans lequel on ne pense pas du tout pareil....

     

    Jamais je ne choisirais un petit dans le bantam AA et ce pour plusieurs raisons déjà mentionnées dont; grandeur( contact possible à la tête vs un grand), la portée, l'endurance ( pas la vitesse mais l'endurance) etc et toute association qui cherche vraiement à dev. les joueurs en vue du Midget AAA ou de la LHJMQ ne choisira jamais un joueur de petite taille dans le contexte du hockey d'aujourd'hui et de demain mais j'ai déjà expliquer le pourquoi bien des fois avant et je sais que beaucoup vont dire "oui mais il y a des exceptions " et je vais te dire que pour moi exception veux vraiement dire exception..c-a-d un joueur d'age pee-wee qui est bantam, un joueur midget espoir qui est midget AAA a sa premiere année etc. ce qui n'est pas le cas à 99.9 % . D'ailleurs à chaque fois que je vois un petit joueur dans une equipe Pee-wee AA, Bantam AA etc. je recherche toujours le lien entre les parents de ce joueur et l'équipe et je finis toujours par trouver c-a-d- fils du coach, fils du gérant, fils d'un membre de l'organisation, neveu, fils de l'ami du coach etc..... ce qui explique sa présence dans le club et ce surtout lorsque tu regarde les joueurs disponibles dans le BB/CC... mais à chancun son opinion ...

     

    I agree fully with you .It is rare you see a small player that is able to keep up in higher levels this is for sure ,but some players that are 2 or 3' under the norm I don't think it makess a difference if one kid is 5 2" 130 pounds or one is 5 9" 135 pounds

    I have seen kids 5 feet tall skate at the Bantam level and do well but for sure a larger player is always the safest bet.

    so please don't think i disagree with you i just think with the right attitude and skill you can play anywhere you want.

    I have always said ,being a parent in the stand is like driving on the decarie in traffic you get so frustrated and start to think eveyone else on the road is an idiot but you ....until some one shows you the instant replay clip of yourself.

    All parents who have kids in hockey the second it doesn't go there way or lttle billy is upset or dosn't perform to there liking ,We all try to find the Reason....aaaaaaa ... Must be the coach....I only have one answer to a parent who coaches from the stands .........The next practice give he or she the whistle and erasable marker and fill your boots.......so the coaches can start to yell at you...... :D :D :D

     

     

    Kids are great and Hockey parents are 99.5% insane including myself...and thats the way it will always be......LOL

    Daprès vous, fanatiques de la glace extérieur Penser vous que les patinoires extérieurs donne au moin une pratique de plus par semaine a nos jeunes de hockey

    All I can say is the outdoor ice is the only place a child can use all his imagination and self learned skills ...in all fun and intensity.....with out being told how to do it or when ...

    Out door rinks are a canadian kids privilige and should be used as much as possible :D :D :D :D

    Well that was a great game,we dominated the 1 and the 2 but the 3rd was Pioneers for the first 7 minutes then we just couldn't put one in...Good luck Pioneers...

     

    And one bad call by a ref and a costly power play goal....but it will be a good character builder for the.............................MIGHTY MAROONS.............
