Petit question - Punition A39

Avez-vous vu un arbitre donné un punition A39 (Mise-en-échec ILLÉGAL) au catégorie contact - Bantam. Midget 2-lettres etc. ?

 

N'est ce pas que à ce niveau le punition n'est pas applicable?

Une mise en échec à la tête - sans intention de blesser - tombe dans le catégorie A39

 

Je cite le livre de reglements de Hockey Canada, article 6.5 (désolé la citation est en anglais):

 

"Minimal impact would be called under other appropriate rules e.g. elbowing, high sticking, roughing, roughing after the whistle, etc. A glancing blow or minimal impact to the head where a penalty is warranted. Moderate impact would be a more significant degree of violence without injury that warrants a Minor and Misconduct penalty under Checking to the Head rule. Severe impact would be a high degree of violence, with or without injury, that warrants a Major and Game Misconduct penalty, at the discretion of the Referee under the Checking to the Head rule. What previously may have been considered a legal check with a shoulder check to the head shall now be penalized as Checking to the Head if moderate or severe impact is made."

 

Le problème ici est que l'arbitre, au lieu de donner un punition AUTRE que mise en échec illégal selon l'article cité ci-haut pour un contact MINIMAL, a le droit de donner le punition de mise en échec illégal conformément au reglement pour les catégories PeeWee, Atome, Novice et Hockey Féminin.
