These 2 leagues going at eachother is pretty funny. Spring hockey is supposed to be about playing where one wants to play, for fun and development. It's a joke compared to the rest of the country.

So, what happened?

Very few people outside of Montreal care about the Brick.

Looks to me like a lot more teams in the Leaaaq next Spring...who are the Stallions 04 going to play now?

For the 2004 the Leaaaq looks stronger overall than the Thaaaq.

So, are the Metro once again the CH Blue? Pretty big news!

Huge news today!!! Wow! Le LEAAAQ 2.0 looks very strong all of a sudden.

The Thaaaq 04 D1 was not competitive. One team won every tourney and was only challenged by 1 other team. Furthermore, there are a lot of good hockey players in the leaaaq. The kids from Beauce, Scorpions, Flames and Jr Canadiens were very good.

There were 4 strong teams in Super Leaaaq. The competition was very good and all the teams had a chance to win. Now with Espoir and a few others the field in Super/D1 should be deeper and stronger.

Looks to me like a lot of good teams are in the new leaaq...Nice to see strong programs from Quebec City and the Gatineau program is quite strong at the younger age levels.

Si tu as raison, cela viendra confirmer que le D1 cette année sera une ligue de 3 ou 4 équipes ( pour ne pas dire 2 équipes ) En passant, le CH ne joue pas super???? bonne saison à tous!!! Le CH Rouge jouera en grande partie Super...

C'es tu juste moi ou y en a un qui essaie d'etre credible parce que le message est en anglais ? Le bottom half y a personne qui l'a vu jouer encore faut etre patient ! In fairness to the CH Red their team was not finalized when they played the Ice Storm. No one can really compete with the top 2 teams in D1 but the CH JR Red would compete with the bottom half of the D1 teams.
