    Is this why you have a kid leaving your team this week? Everyone knows your organization is only about winning and not about development. This is why from year to year you drop kids like they were pawns. You can say whatever you like, in the end you are teaching 9 and 10 year old's that they mean nothing but gratitude for yourself.
