Hockey fan ...HQ doesnt care about the elite player in the novice or Atom level . Until they decide there should be a Novice AA or ATOM AA are leagues will be watered down . Its not about development its the about average player. One day your Novice A'S might not be the stars of the future but at least let them develop now . Some players in the future will pass the elite players but at least let them play with own talent pool for now. I guess they want to see 60 average players coming out of Novice each year than have 15 elite players from a city . If HQ were to realize that is one of the reasons why AAA exsists because the elite kids are not being challenged in there winter league. If they were to offer AAA format like Ontario then maybe AAA wouldnt be a problem for them in the spring. Like you said the elite in Novice will have the puck all game so where is the development with your other players. This past weekend I had to tell my elite players to slow down and pass. Then put them on defence for the third period. No one likes to see a 15 goal game but thank HQ for this .

Ile bizard -- told players to go home . They had 60 in novice total so they only had to one Novice A team ...one more player would of had to make two Novice A and would have been terrible... so they sent players home, its a fact . Ville Lasalle had 91 NOVICE players A24 - b39 -28C ....If they have 90 or less it forces them to have more players on there A teams . If Lasalle would have had 15 players on each team in A would they have been as strong ? Im sure there are more examples of this .. Its all in the numbers in Novice ...

Your parents should go see the City of Lasalle or Hockey quebec and Ehl President to discuss this matter .These guys shouldnt coach again ...all 5 of them . I agree with the picture ,why wasnt it a team picture . I see the most important point was his 155 goals . It should have been a team picture saying they finished 51-0 .... There was a boy from Lasalle 25 years ago who scored 350 goals in novice and was labeled the next great one and was on the front page of the gazette. ...He never play major junior hockey or top pro league . Someone on this site said that there child played Novice C HOCKEY and now is on a full ride to Clarkson U .....So things change down the road they all develop at different times . This topic should be about the coaches and how they didnt teach them the other important parts of the game like ...sportsmanship,team play, passing...etc AS DONALD WOULD SAY ....YOUR FIRED

As a Director of Novice from another city this all starts with the Director and President and Then the coaches who we hire. When we have complaints about things like this its are job to make sure it doesnt continue . I happened to play this team at the beginning of the year and after being down by at least 7 goals after the first period they still continued to have nathiel out there every second shift trying to score more goals on us ....remember this was a friendly game and not a league game . I didnt see any passing at all after they got a big lead . After watching the semi final regional amoung other games it was like they were trying to run up the score as high as they could ..... I also played a team from the U.S. who was a weak novice b team after 4 minutes my team was up 5 -0 . I took my 4 best players and put them and defence and told them they werent aloud to score and to pass the puck to others . After the game finished which we won 13-0 i had 10 different kids who scored of a pass . I didnt like to see this outcome because its not fun for the other team . But some players who did score hadnt scored all year so they were happy . So my point is that as a coach you should take into account the other team . Its normal that your better players will play the last 2 minutes but . How this team rolled there bench was not right . THE COACHES ON THIS TEAM ARE A JOKE...

Congrats to lasalle . They have solid defence and two solid centres not just a one man team . Lariverree better learn to use players around him he doesnt even look at his other players on the team . He will learn in atom bb that he cant do this or he wont be affective next year . Lasalle has never never rolled there bench properly . He #10 gets more ice time than anyone on his team . A complete player is someone who has vision and hockey sense and makes the players better around him . I am not putting him down because i hope he does become a complete player . I just know that his AAA coach will teach him properly and teach him to use the players around . Novice is all about numbers ........Lasalle had 91 players this year and was able to only have 11 skaters on each A team . When other cities have to run a bench of 13-14 players it makes a big difference specially when you have a superstar on the ice 75% of the game . Next year Lasalle wont be strong as they only have one returning A player . THE BEST ASSOC IS BLAINVILLE AND IM NOT FROM THERE ...
