Bonjour les gars, please excuse my french written... Vous amener tous de tres bon points...... parcontre, moi je reste avec mon opinion que j'ai ecrit dans un autre sujet.... tu peu etre sur que les equipes de l'exterieur ne viennent pas au Warrior juste pour la "Participation" ils viennent pour gagner et leur equipes sont abituellement renforcer. Prend 6-7 bonnes equipes Quebecois incluant les joueurs qui on jouer pour ecs-Q et formers en 3-4...... une dizaines d'heures de pratique pour implanter de bons systemes de jeu.... et vous allez voir des equipes avec tres peu de faiblaisse et tres competitives envers les equipes de l'exterieurs. No need to defend the Lions....What you are saying is true....however, there are no excuses, injuries are part of the game and it's up to the players in the lineup to step it up....and beleive me they didn't. I made a choice when I joined this forum (yesterday) to only engage in constructive conversation with users that have the balls to use their real name…..No disrespect to you directly….just a choice I made. Ok fine sound like the third one is all ready confiusing. Oups because right now you respond to a nick name =pur-sang. No disrespect to me I realy hope because 99.9% on this forum is nick name. Even on the english sections all you want to talk about in the english language. Salut Bob, moi ca va bien….merci. First of all, I want to make one thing clear….in no time in my comments did I mention that you said anything bad about the Lions, however, now that you bring it up…. I will quote you; « il est vrai qu'à Rosemere nous avons perdu VS les Lions qui ont mieux joué que nous cette partie la.... et surtout qui ont été plus discipliné.... mais un match ne fait pas un classement tres juste.... et dans un 4 de 7, ca pourrait bien se terminer 4 à 1.... » « je redoute tout de meme plus le Wilds que les Lions... » Correct me if I’m wrong and I may have misunderstood your comments….. but in my opinion, these comments could be perceive as a lack of respect for the Lions. Like I said before, you are entitled to your opinion. Personally, I would have taken the route of modesty and used it as a source of motivation for my team…..something that our boys have been doing all along and will continue to do in the future…. Salut Bob, I am writing to you in English because first of all I want to make sure that I choose my words correctly and second, it would take me about 5 hrs to write this text in French. Lol! To be honest with you, I didn’t expect you to rate your own team ....I think every head coach would have tendencies to rate their own team a little higher. (normal). Regarding your top 3 picks....you are entitled to your opinion and I respect that, I agree with the top 3 but I don’t agree with the order in which you placed them. That being said....in regards to your statement about the 4/7 series, you are right! Things would change drastically if that were the case for all the “AAA” teams in every category. However, there is no 4/7 in “AAA” hockey, it is a weekend tournament where teams are ultimately judged by their performance in the semi-finals, finals and their ability to rise to the occasion in the “Big Games”......something your team has done on many occasions in the past......but unfortunately not at Rosemere, and this is “OK” ......you cannot always expect the boys to be in top shape physically and mentally when they’re playing 5-6 games in 3 days. A good example of these types of tournaments is the “World Championships” the Russians have beaten Team Canada for the last 2 years. In my opinion the Canadians had a better team, however, the Russians are World Champions and are rated #1 until next year, I think the result would be different if it were a 4/7 series, wouldn’t you agree? Anyways, I believe there are 5-6 teams in Quebec that could beat each other on any given day.....Personally, I think if a team goes to 4 or 5 good tournaments and qualifies for the semi-finals on every occasion, you could consider that team to be a top 5 in no particular order. P.S.You have a good team, I know a lot of the boys and their parents personally (good people)..... I don’t think you need to justify this on an open forum. Respectfully, Marco Testolina
