Defense First is coming to Westmount, Quebec this summer. 2016 is a new beginning for Defense First, we are expanding our programs and locations taking our passion for the sport of hockey to a new level. Our full week camps will continue to offer the fundamental skills and techniques required for on and off-ice development in the areas of; power skating, puck control, game situations with a focus on our unique ability to teach the mental aspects of the game. We are a Defensive Camp and not just a Defenseman’s Camp. Nowadays All players are Required to be 2 way players. Concepts taught are focused on the thinking part of the game which can be used in all situations.
