Another example of hockey quebec not making the right decision. This tournament should be played the following week when all regions could take part in this tournament so you can actually claim who is the best Novice A team is quebec. Correct me if i'm wrong but Lasalle didn't take part because of a there own home tournament and couldn't play. They would have most likely where the best team in Quebec in 09.
