Selon certains, les 2002 sont en retard. Faudrait peut-être commencer à y penser dans le 2003...

Not sure it works that way, I think it goes by tryouts, The Brick is one of the Strongest competition, and yes the Ice Strom have the the rights, but like the 2001s this year, it's made up of all Wild players....and not 1 Ice Storm player...

Hi Lucic,

 

What I am saying is unlike some previous Ice Storm teams, I believe that the coach of the 2003 Ice Storm wants to go to the Brick. I also believe that this being the case, he will be the head coach of the team that does go.

 

Today the Ice Storm are not strong enough to go to the Brick, however last year they were one of the strongest teams in Thaaaq. As you well know a lot can change in a year, with proper recruiting and training.

 

Would he want to start recruiting next year in anticipation for the brick? or does he just want to take a few ice storm and pick players from other teams? These are answers only he knows.

 

Therefore the starting point would be to know his intentions on the composition of the team, and when he wants to start putting it together.

Any team from the Montreal region who participates in this tournament will have to compete under the Ice Storm banner and coaching staff? Also, is this tournament always held at the same location?

N'importe quelle équipe de la région de Montréal qui participe à ce tournoi devra compétitionner sous la bannière du Ice Storm et les entraîneurs des Ice Storm ? Aussi, ce tournoi est-il toujours tenu au même endroit ?

Correct! that's why this year Poulin got the team....they need to start developing outside Ice Storm but it will be under the Ice Storm Banner, where this organization of 03s will not do!

Je ne suis pas certain de comprendre... j'ai essayé de traduire!!!

 

Donc le coach des Icestorm pourrait, s'il le désire, décider unilatéralement d'aller au Brick avec son équipe même si cette dernière est moyenne dans le AAA local. Est-ce bien ça ?

 

Ma compréhension est que le Brick est LE tournoi de hockey mineur le plus relevé en amérique du nord... une telle approche donnerait lieu très peu de compétitivité de la part de l'équipe représentant le Québec - ce serait l'équivalent d'envoyer les jeunes à l'abattoir. Non ?

The team that ends up going must be a mixture of the best talent available in Quebec! Having attended last year I can tell you this was the best tour. we ever attended and if this Ice Storm coach thinks he can show up with his friends they will get whipped!

I am sure the person with the rights to this tourn. will make sure he sends the best team. At the end of the day it is his reputation on the line.

J`ai pas tout lu mais je vais clarifier une chose car c`est la finale!!

 

Le droit appartien au proprio du Icestorm, mais le Brick a rien a voir avec les equipes du IceSorm c`est completement INDÉPENDANT faut communiquer avec m. Rusk qui est le proprio et son but c`est d`avoir le meilleur cach disponible et les MEILLEURS jouers disponible ca encore une fois rien a voir avec aucune equipe Icestorm existante ou pas c`est completement a part!

Donc celui qui le veut doit le rencontrer lui expliquer ce qu`il veut faire sa vision de la chose et le convaicre et ce monsieur connait tres bien son affaire et le hockey il a vraiment pas besoin de cela pour vivre il le fait par passion je lui dit encore une fois bravo :D

Je suis sur que l'équipe brick de Quebec va être forme des enfants avec talent et non des amis du coach. La question de AL2003, qui a commencer cette conversation était est qu'on doit commencer a entrainer des maintenant?.

 

La réponse a cette question est il faut demander au Ice Storm qu'est qu'ils veulent faire parce qu'ils détient les droits. Après la réponse tu peut commencer a faire une plan d'action.

 

Mon fils est une 2003, mais il est pas une de 15 miellures au quebec donc il serait pas sur cette equipe, au moins que Lucic faits des miracles a l'entrainer cette hiver :wink: ,mais comme tout le monde, je veut que l'équipe qui représente le Quebec est la meilleure possible.
